Solid rivets are still the main joint in aluminium airframes. MS20470 has a universal head and MS20426 a 100° countersunk head. The head mark shows the alloy, so the right rivet is used in the right place.
Where the back is closed, blind structural rivets (NAS1398 / NAS1399, MS20600 / MS20601) are used. Pin-and-collar fasteners (Hi-Lok type) give a high-strength, fast joint with a controlled clamp. We also supply clevis pins, cotter pins, dowels and lock wire.
Common AN, MS and NAS sizes in alloy steel and stainless steel are usually available ex-stock in India. Superalloy, titanium and special NAS parts are imported for you from AS9120-certified distributors, with certificate of conformity, mill test reports and full lot traceability.
