HEICO-FORM® is the custom parts business of the HEICO group. Working closely with the customer, HEICO develops the forming stages for each part and can often replace castings and turned parts with cold-formed components, even with close tolerances. Cold working improves the material properties and cuts material use and cost.
Parts are formed on multi-stage presses such as the SACMA SP 470 by cold or warm forming, from steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and special alloys. Wire diameters from 2 to 20 mm are processed into solid, semi-hollow or hollow parts up to 180 mm long, with heads or collars up to 34 mm.
The range covers solid and semi-solid parts, sleeves and hollow parts, threaded parts, rolled and knurled parts, step pins, ball pins, metal-plastic parts, inserts and special parts, with induction hardening in-house. Special parts can be combined with HEICO-LOCK® washers.
