HEICO-LOCK® Combi-Washers have an inner locking ring with small inset tabs. They clip onto any commercially available bolt and stay there, so bolt and washers are handled as one unit.
This makes assembly quick in awkward positions and on production lines, while the joint gets the full wedge-locking security. You can keep using the bolts you already buy and store fewer combined part numbers.
Combi-Washers are available in steel or stainless steel with narrow (HKS) or wide (HKB) bearing faces, in small purchase quantities, and can be supplied ready pre-assembled on your bolts. They can be re-used several times.
