HEICO-LOCK® Ring Lock Washers combine the proven wedge lock washer pair with an outer polyamide (PA) ring. The washers still do the locking; the ring keeps the two halves permanently together and correctly oriented, cams inside and teeth outside.
That makes them very quick and safe to fit, even for people who do not fit bolted joints every day, and ideal where joints are opened and closed often: service work, motorsport and heavy industry.
They are made for dynamic loads, work with lubricants and suit high-tensile bolts of property classes 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 with matching nuts. Choose steel or stainless steel, with a narrow (HLRS) or wide (HLRB) bearing face.
