Overview
A jack nut is a lightweight rivet nut that is easy to fit in thin, soft or fragile materials such as plastic, PVC and wood.
When set, its body opens like a petal into four legs, enlarging the bearing area and raising pull-out and tensile strength. It holds tightly below the surface and leaves an internal thread for a screw.
